Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Fixed Term to 31 March 2027, full time, 35 hours per week, hybrid working available.
Salary £24,479 – £29,635 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR administrative services and support to the Human Resources team.
- Process all reference requests, liaising with current and ex employees and third parties in line with GDPR and reference policy guidelines.
- Audit the absence management recording process, run fortnightly and monthly reports, and issue appropriate correspondence to employees regarding pay.
About You
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in a fast paced administrative role.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work flexibly to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use, with the ability to use software packages effectively within the office environment.
