Barclays is looking for a contract Employee Relations professional to support Workforce Change and Restructuring initiatives. Based in Glasgow, you will drive and support HR workstreams across various change programmes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workforce Change/Restructuring, Union management, and project management. This hybrid role requires strong analytical and Excel skills.
