Senior HR Business Partner – Public Sector (Hybrid)

Job Description

ASA Recruitment’s client, a Public Sector organisation in Dundee, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner on a hybrid basis for an initial 6-month contract. You will support the Head of HR and lead the HR business partnering function, delivering a cohesive and strategic HR service across the organisation.

The role requires CIPD qualification, a degree, and significant HR operations and project delivery experience, including working with trade unions and complex policy development.
