Seeking a Personal Assistant – Glasgow North (G22)

A friendly woman living in the North of Glasgow (G22) is looking for an easy-going and dependable Personal Assistant to support her in her day-to-day life. She is an intermittent wheelchair user and is seeking someone who can provide practical support at home while also bringing warmth, companionship, and a positive attitude to the role.
About the Role
This role will ideally start from the 13/08/2026.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Assisting with light domestic duties around the home
- Helping care for a small dog, including occasional walks
- Providing support to attend hospital appointments
- Offering occasional physical assistance, such as helping with wheelchair transfers or lifting items on days when fatigue or dizziness are more challenging
About You
The ideal PA will be:
- Kind, respectful, and trustworthy
- Comfortable providing practical physical support when needed
- A driver with a full clean driving licence
- Someone with a relaxed personality and a good sense of humour
- Friendly and happy to engage in everyday conversation and “Glaswegian banter”
- Passionate about music or interested in the music industry would be a bonus!
- Monday to Friday shifts
- Typical start time around 9:30am – 10:00am
- Usually 5-hour shifts, with one flexible 6-hour day depending on need
Location
As the role is based in North Glasgow (G22), applicants living nearby are preferred to support reliable travel to and from work.
