GLASGOW CITY COUNCIL AND ARMS LENGTH ORGANISATION is seeking an experienced HR Project Lead to drive workforce modernisation, organisational change and service improvement within City Building’s People Services function.

You’ll lead projects from planning through implementation, coordinating with managers, senior leaders and Trade Union representatives to deliver initiatives that support the workforce and the organisation.
