As part of ourHR team, you’ll play akey rolein ensuring aseamless employee experience, fromrecruitment and onboardingtoongoing support and HR administration. What You’ll Do:

  • Support the full employee journey, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond.
  • Administer employee lifecycle processes, including new starters, contract changes, and terminations.
  • Conduct first-stage interviewsand liaise with hiring managers to recruit the right people.
  • Ensure compliancewith right-to-work checks, background screenings, and safer recruitment policies.
  • Manage HR records and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
