Job Description

Support for Ordinary Living is seeking an experienced Supported Living Team Leader to oversee day-to-day delivery of high-quality services for people living with learning and/or physical disabilities. You will lead, motivate and develop staff to ensure person-centred support aligns with national standards and SOL values.

The role focuses on improving outcomes, promoting independence, and building strong partnerships with families, health professionals and social work teams.
