Purosearch Ltd is recruiting a Registered Home Manager for an established nursing care home in Inverness. You will lead the home, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive outstanding person-centred care while managing the team and daily operations.

Requires active NMC registration, previous management of a nursing home, and strong knowledge of Scottish care standards. A competitive package includes a base salary of £73,401 per year and a bonus up to £15,000, plus benefits.
