Serco is seeking a Senior People Partner to shape the People & Culture model for our Health North operations, partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic people solutions.

You will lead workforce productivity, planning, talent development and employee relations across sites including Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary, Langlands Hospital, University Hospital Wishaw and James Cook Hospital Middleborough, on a two-year fixed-term contract.
