About this opportunity
This role presents a unique opportunity to lead strategic resource optimisation and recruitment operations acrossConsumer Growth, ensuring the effective deployment of talent and alignment with business objectives. This role plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency, fostering collaboration across business areas, and leveraging deep insight into the factors that influence resource optimisation.
With a strong focus on delivering a seamless recruitment experience, the role supports both immediate delivery needs and long-term growth ambitions – enabling the business to attract, deploy, and retain the right talent at the right time.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Strategic Resource Planning
Develop and execute resource optimisation strategies that support business priorities and future growth. - Recruitment Leadership
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely, high-quality hiring aligned with organisational needs and regulatory standards. - Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with senior leaders, HR business partners, and operational teams to understand resourcing requirements and deliver tailored solutions. - Governance & Compliance
Ensure all recruitment and resource planning activities comply with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining audit readiness and robust risk controls. - Data & Insight
Leverage workforce analytics to inform strategic decisions, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment and resource utilisation. - Process Improvement
Champion enhancements across recruitment and resource planning processes, incorporating technology and automation where appropriate. - Team Leadership
Lead and develop a team of resource managers, fostering a high-performance culture and encouraging continuous learning and development.
