Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Inverness or Aberdeen
Industry: Heavy Equipment Manufacturing

Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 + Commission, Pension & Car Allowance

My client is seeking a Sales Manager to cover the North of Scotland. It will be representing a leading heavy equipment manufacturer to drive sales in a key region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales activities across the North of Scotland.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients on our range of heavy equipment.
  • Regular travel within the territory to meet clients and close deals.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of heavy equipment and its applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Must be based in or near Inverness or Aberdeen and willing to travel.
