Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager or M&E project manager to oversee and coordinate all mechanical aspects of our residential apartment construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, excellent project management skills, and the ability to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring the success of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee installation, maintenance, and operation of mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing. The Mechanical Project Manager will ensure that these systems are installed and functioning correctly throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. The Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for making sure all mechanical work adheres to these important guidelines.
