Job Description

Field Service Engineer
Central Belt Scotland
£35,000 – £45,0000 + Bonus

You ve mastered Caterpillar, MWM, MTU, Siemens, or Jenbacher engines, but are you tired of the same old routine?

Are you ready for more thrills and less spills? Look no further!

Your expertise will directly impact the success of a small team of six Field Service Engineers. As a reward for your efforts, you ll receive a bonus of up to 30% with an additional 5% overachievement payout!

You re already experienced in the natural gas, biogas, CHP, or similar fields. You ll dive straight into the heart of gas engine maintenance as you service and repair a diverse fleet of generators.

Flex your problem-solving muscles while troubleshooting engines and panels to keep operations running smoothly.

You ll max out your qualifications or hands-on experience in mechanical engineering – you’re a wizard with engines.

Be a hero on 1 in 6 call-outs, ensuring peak engine performance across the Central Belt of Scotland.

You ll not be traveling too far from home.

Your time management skills would make a Swiss watch jealous – you re working on local sites, which means that you’re spending more time with your head in an engine plant room and less time driving in traffic. What could be better?

You ll use your problem-solving initiative and your sense of humour because every day is a new adventure!

You ll expand your engine and troubleshooting scope, working with the Training Manager to achieve your personal goals.

You ll receive 33 days of annual leave, which means that you ll no longer need to work Bank Holidays. Your new employer will also pay a 7% pension contribution.

Income protection and group life cover are paid for you, so you can rest assured that you and your family are protected.

With annual package reviews in January, you can rest assured that you re always progressing.
