Sodexo Live! UK & I is seeking an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to lead people strategies across a portfolio of venues and events in Scotland with UK travel.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and talent development, champion DE&I, and use people data to drive commercial outcomes across a complex multi-site operation.
