The Role
Develop and manage relationships with existing legal clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities
Source, attract, and engage candidates through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and job boards
Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to confirm suitability for vacancies
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing through to offer negotiation and placement
Build a strong reputation within the legal market and establish yourself as a trusted recruitment partner
Maintain a proactive business development approach to grow your client portfolio and market presence
Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue and performance targets
What We’re Looking For
Previous recruitment experience, preferably within professional services, business support, or legal recruitment
Alternatively, a proven background in sales, business development, or account management
Strong relationships-building and communication skills
Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results
Resilience, ambition, and a self-motivated approach
Confidence in developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships
Excellent organisation and attention to detail

Basic salary of 28,000 – 35,000, depending on experience, including car allowance
