Recruitment Consultant, Hamilton, Salary £22,000 to £27,000 per annum, On Target Earnings £45,000 per annum + Gym Membership + Retail Savings + Training & Development Opportunities!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Planning: Collaborate with a team of experts in candidate and business insights to achieve optimal results

  • Vacancy Management: Create job advertisements and manage candidate responses effectively

  • Candidate Sourcing: Use various job boards to source candidates for live roles

  • Recruitment Process: Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process, guiding candidates seamlessly from the first conversation to placement

  • System Maintenance: Follow internal policies and procedures to ensure systems are kept up to date

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone

  • Ability to set ambitious goals and consistently achieve targets

  • Strong planning skills with a result-oriented mindset

  • Maintaina high level of customer service awareness while working at a fast pace
