Lookers is recruiting an experienced HR Manager for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover role. The position offers flexible/hybrid working and a salary up to £45,000 per year plus benefits.

The HR Manager will partner with leaders to provide expert HR guidance, manage complex employee relations, support change initiatives, and drive engagement across a fast-paced business. CIPD qualifications and strong UK-employment-law knowledge are preferred.
