Reablement OT Assistant – Enable Safe Home Returns

Job Description

South Lanarkshire Council in Hamilton is hiring a G2 Occupational Therapy Assistant to support the Physical Disability and Sensory Impairment Team. Working 35 hours per week on a permanent basis, you will help service users regain independence through OT principles and facilitate home discharges.

You will conduct home visits, assess and promote daily living skills, identify necessary equipment, and refer to statutory or voluntary agencies as needed. Supervision and peer support are provided.
