Job Description

Seccl is hiring a Talent Partner to join our People team, reporting to the talent lead. You’ll own end-to-end hiring for Product and Engineering, delivering fast, high-quality hires while scaling across teams. Your focus will be direct sourcing, strong stakeholder partnership and moving hires quickly in a high-growth fintech environment.

Based hybrid in London or Edinburgh, you’ll help shape our hiring strategy and candidate experience as Seccl expands into Europe.
