Job Description

Dobbies Garden Centres is seeking a Pay & Reward Manager to lead accurate, timely and compliant payroll delivery across the business (3,000+ employees). The role partners with People and Finance, overseeing the payroll team and delivering a reliable payroll service.

You will own end-to-end payroll processes, design pay and reward roadmaps, lead annual pay reviews, manage benefits and bonuses, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across systems and data.
