About The Role:
OCS Group have an exciting opportunity for a Plumber to join our team across Aberdeenshire .
As a qualified Plumber, you will have experience and knowledge of working on water systems and have ideally worked in a customer facing role previously. You will have a friendly flexible approach to your job and be confident in working as part of a team, as well as independently.

Tasks:
Install, maintain and repair pipes including joints, valves, drains and fixtures, in Commercial properties.
Respond to Plumbing emergencies, determining the issue and making the repairs.
Perform regular planned maintenance of Plumbing systems.
Assist with cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold-water systems.
CWST inspections and maintenance.
Maintenance and servicing of TMVs.
Essential skills and qualifications:
A UK recognised Plumbing Qualification
A working knowledge of Water Regulations/ Byelaws
Excellent attention to detail
Competent and confident to work independently
Full UK driving license
Organised – can manage their own paperwork
Basic IT skills (able to use phone/tablet to record information, take photos, etc.)
Desirable skills and qualifications:
Experience of Water Hygiene Regulations
Experience of working in Commercial properties
Health and Safety Training
If you are a highly skilled individual, with leading class customer service and a positive “can do” attitude we want to hear from you.
It is also essential that you have a full driving licence . This role may also include out of hours call outs.
Work Pattern:
- Monday-Friday: 08:00-16:30
- 40 hours per week
- Unsociable hours on-call rota (16:30-08:00), with enhanced pay
