Job Description

Someone who is proficient in multi roles, such as aspects of carpentry, using tools, repairs for example.

Must have CSCS, PPE and tools. Reference is also required.

The job is working on a new build accommodation building with several months left to completion.

Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience in general maintenance or maintenance person services
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Good communication skills to interact with clients professionally
• A valid driving licence is preferred for travelling between job sites
