Job Description

Stonemason Required – Edinburgh (Short-Term Opportunity)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a third-party client for an experienced Stonemason to join a project in Edinburgh.

Project Details:

  • Duration: Approx. 5-6 weeks
  • Location: Edinburgh
  • Hours: Flexible – Final schedule to be agreed directly with the client
  • Pay: £1000-£1200 per week (depending on experience)
  • Start: Immediate / as soon as available

Role Overview:

  • The successful candidate will be involved in:
  • Stripping down a chimney
  • Removing a 4.5m gable end
  • Repairing and fixing any feathering issues
  • Re-tying the inner wall

Experience:

  • Proven experience in stonemasonry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and site safety
