Part time Medical Receptionist / Administrator – 16 hours
We are seeking a reliable, highly organised and professional Medical Receptionist / Administrator to join our friendly team in a busy GP Practice.
The post will be for a set 16 hours per week covering the period 2pm-6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a welcoming first point of contact for patients (in person and by phone)
- Managing appointments and patient enquiries efficiently
- Handling confidential patient information and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting administrative duties, including data entry and correspondence
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer facing role (desirable but not essential)
