Job Description
We’re working with a key public sector client who is looking to bring in an experienced HR Generalist to support their People team on an initial contract.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a broad, hands on HR role with a mix of operational delivery and stakeholder support.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing day-to-day HR advice to managers (ER, policy, casework)
- Supporting employee engagement and people initiatives
- Assisting with L&D and capability programmes
- Producing and using people data / MI to support decisions
- Contributing to organisational change and HR projects
What we’re looking for
- Strong HR generalist experience (Senior Advisor / HRBP level)
- Confident handling employee relations casework
- Experience working with stakeholders and managers
- Exposure to change, engagement or L&D activity
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast paced environment

- Hybrid working (1-2 days onsite in Edinburgh)
