Job Description
We are currently seeking a Temporary HR Business Partner to join a well established organisation to start early January. This is a great opportunity for an HR expert looking to make an impact and contribute to key HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders and department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide advice and support to managers on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Oversee performance management processes, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Contribute to organisational change and transformation efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining strong employee engagement.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, recruitment, employee development, and policy implementation.
- Use HR data to provide insights and recommendations that support business decisions.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role.
- Immediate or short notice availability
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong business acumen and a clear understanding of the broader business context.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable, though not essential.
