Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Assistant HR Manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the HR function. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records within the HR system and personnel files, ensuring compliance with data protection legislation.

  • Coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process for all new onshore employees.

  • Preparing a wide range of HR documentation, including Contracts of Employment, employment letters, reference requests, and probation confirmation correspondence.

  • Supporting the coordination and delivery of the Company’s Employee Engagement Strategy and associated initiatives.

  • Assisting with the promotion and administration of the Company’s Employee Assistance Programmes.

  • Providing administrative support throughout disciplinary and grievance processes, including minute-taking and preparing relevant correspondence.

  • Monitoring offshore sickness and absence records, producing regular reports and analysing absence trends as well as co-ordination of Occupational Health Assessments.

  • Maintaining employee data and producing regular reports on key HR metrics, including employee turnover and demographics, identifying trends and insights where appropriate.

  • Supporting the coordination and administration of personal injury and insurance claims.

  • Managing and responding to Subject Access Requests in accordance with relevant legislation and Company procedures.

  • Assisting with the review and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

  • Proactively contributing to HR digitalisation projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the department.

  • Any other duties as required by the Assistant HR Manager.
