Clearwater Analytics is seeking an HR Generalist to support payroll, benefits administration, and a broad range of HR duties. The role provides guidance to employees and managers, conducts exit interviews, and contributes to compensation goals and workforce planning.

The position oversees performance management and personnel policies/procedures, requiring strong HR knowledge, confidentiality, and excellent communication. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in HR are preferred.
