Job Description

Currently partnering with a forward-thinking organisation in the renewable energy sector to appoint an HR Advisor to support their continued growth across Scotland.

Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases
  • Coaching and supporting managers to drive effective people management and engagement
  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting HR projects aligned to growth, culture and continuous improvement
  • Maintaining accurate HR data and providing insight through reporting

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

    • Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
    • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and ER case management
    • Ability to build strong relationships across operational teams
    • Proactive, solutions-focused with a hands-on approach
    • CIPD qualification (or working towards) desirable
