Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland is looking for enthusiastic health care support workers to join their Hospital at Home service in Renfrewshire. This role requires supporting frail patients experiencing acute changes within a multidisciplinary team and delivering care in the patients’ homes.

The ideal candidates will have relevant community or acute care experience, understanding of frailty pathways, and must possess a drivers licence. The position offers various hours and permanent contract opportunities.
