Job Description

Shop Silverburn in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Guest Experience Manager to lead the Guest Services team and deliver exceptional guest service across the centre.

You will split time between the Guest Services Desk, shop floor and management suite, coaching a team of eight, handling escalations and working closely with retailers and the Marketing and Commercial teams to raise awareness of services and events.
