Head Chef – Remote Highland Dining Lead

Sodexo is seeking a Head Chef to lead kitchen operations in the remote Fort Augustus village, Highland. You will manage catering services, develop menus, and ensure high food quality while delivering a warm, home-from-home dining experience for residents.

This role demands hands-on leadership, safety compliance, staff supervision, and cost control. Rotation is 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off, with a pay rate of £18.66 per hour and a DBS check.
