Open Arms Hotel, Dirleton, East Lothian
Salary:
£40,000-£45,000 per year, depending on experience
Hours:
Full-Time – 40+ hours a week
Were looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our dynamic kitchen team. With over 10 years of culinary experience, youll bring creativity, leadership, and passion for food to deliver outstanding dining experiences. What youll do:
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes
- Create and develop seasonal, exciting, and creative menus
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all plates
- Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships efficiently
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Support, train, and motivate junior chefs to excel
- Work closely with management to enhance guest satisfaction and drive success
