GP Practice Pharmacist – 12-Month Secondment

Job Description

NHS Forth Valley is seeking motivated pharmacists to join GP practices, delivering Pharmacotherapy services and developing clinical skills. This role offers a Fixed Term or Secondment opportunity for 12 months to cover maternity leave, with the possibility to gain experience across primary and acute settings.

As an integral member of the GP Practice Team, you will liaise with hospital and community pharmacy colleagues and care homes to ensure seamless pharmaceutical care.
