Position: Permanent Registered Nurse providing 1:1 care to an 80-year-old VIP.

Annual salary: £60,000 (tax-free).

Responsibilities

• Medication management, including strict monitoring and adjustment.
• Tracking of chronic ongoing conditions.
• Complex medical coordination with leading Western-trained physicians and physiotherapists.
• Travel to upscale destinations such as Ibiza, Marbella, the Algarve, Greece, Monaco, the Côte d’Azur, and Mallorca.
• Support through double-nurse shifts to ensure continuous coverage.

Requirements

• Western accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (4 year program).
• Minimum four years of recent experience in high dependency hospital wards (Trauma, ICU, Emergency Department).
• Outstanding English language skills (Native level or certified C1).
• Willingness to commit to continuous global deployments.
• Accept salary of £60,000 per annum, tax free.
• One full month (30 days) of paid time off per year.
• Premium private lodging provided throughout the assignment.
• Employer covers 100% of international professional travel and transit expenses.
