Lead Pharmacist: Antimicrobial Stewardship & COVID Pathway

Job Description

NHS Forth Valley Pharmacy Services is seeking a senior pharmacist for a 12 month secondment/fixed-term post spanning antimicrobial stewardship, the COVID Ultra High Risk Pathway and broader acute clinical pharmacy services. You will deliver and develop stewardship across the board, lead guidelines, and participate in complex infection management with Infectious Disease colleagues and MDTs.

In the remaining nine months, you will cover the pharmacist led COVID Ultra High Risk Pathway, delivering
