Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7am 6pm
Overview:
Corrie Recruitment is seeking an experienced Ganger on behalf of our client who are a nationwide Civil Engineering contractor.
This is a permanent role offering a good overall package including hourly rate, additional allowances, and bonus incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate squad on drainage, concrete, ducting, and general civils tasks
- Work closely with site managers and engineers to deliver works safely, on time, and within budget
- Promote and enforce health & safety procedures on site
- Contribute to a positive site culture and motivate team members to achieve high productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Ganger on civil engineering projects
- Strong understanding of drainage, concrete works, and general groundworks
- Valid CSCS card (SSSTS / First Aid desirable)
- Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work across various sites (travel time paid)
