Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Perth on a temporary basis for an eight-week campaign, with the potential for extension. This is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid option once trained, working in the head office of a UK-wide organisation.

full time, hybrid 12 – 12.50 per hour

Key responsibilities include:

– Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

– Providing accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products and services

– Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently

– Maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times

– Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling all inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency. There is no outbound calling or sales involved in this role. The ideal candidate will have previous contact centre experience, a professional attitude, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
