Job Description

Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration is seeking a Head of People and Learning to shape the organisation’s culture, capability and services. You will lead the People Strategy, advise senior leaders, and steer HR across employee relations, learning and development, wellbeing, reward and policy.

This is a pivotal role aligning people, learning and organisational change with our strategic priorities and values.
