Details of this Account Manager role
- Manage and proactively monitor the status of ongoing business from assigned customer accounts
- Work directly with the client, providing assistance with ongoing projects and offering solutions and ideas when needed
- Making recommendations for improvements, cost savings and innovation
- Liaising directly with the Sales team, providing additional support with customers and briefs
- Raise production job tickets through the site MIS system
- Take ownership of any customer queries or complaints and proactively follow through to resolution
- Monitor project costs and ensure all relevant charges are maintained, ready for invoicing
- To deliver work on time and to a high standard as agreed.
- To understand and adhere to the Company work processes, procedures, and policies
- Develop, maintain, and update and understand the branch network and suite of products and services the business provides in order to deliver the best product and service to the client.
- Flexible approach to work to meet deadlines
- Ability to work calmly and effectively when under pressure of tight deadlines
- Deliver ad-hoc duties as reasonably required by the manager
