Job Description

ENABLE Scotland is seeking a motivated Team Facilitator for the Muirfield Service to lead and support a team of Personal Assistants, delivering safe, person-centred support.

You will work closely with the Service Manager, conducting supervisions and rostering, while ensuring high-quality care and effective collaboration with families and health professionals. A full UK driving licence is required, and travel across Ayrshire may be needed.
