Chartered HR Adviser & Change Leader

Job Description

Jobtailor in Scotland is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee a diverse caseload and support multiple service areas. You will provide professional advice on absence management, grievance, disciplinary and performance issues, and help drive workforce change.

You will lead change projects, liaise with stakeholders at all levels, and represent HR at hearings and meetings. Chartered MCIPD and a degree at SCQF level 9 are required, along with substantial HR operational experience.
