Job Description

ENABLE Scotland in Kirkwall is seeking Personal Assistants (Support Workers) to help people with learning disabilities achieve their goals. You will be supporting individuals with daily living tasks, mobility, and social activities in a person-centred way.

We offer a bespoke induction and shadowing, flexible contracted hours and shift patterns to fit childcare and other commitments. Experience in care is welcomed but not required; values and transferrable skills matter.
