Branch Customer Support & Digital Banking Advocate

Job Description

Lloyds Banking Group in Fort William is seeking a full time Customer Support adviser to work 35 hours per week across Bank of Scotland branches within a reasonable distance. You will handle everyday banking tasks and support customers at key moments such as bereavement, fraud concerns or vulnerability.

You will promote digital services, guide customers in online and mobile banking, and grow into other roles across the group as you gain experience.
