Avidity Group Ltd is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Team. This role focuses on expert ER guidance, handling cases end to end, and partnering with managers to balance employee experience with business needs.

You will work with HR Business Partners and managers to ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies, delivering fair, consistent people decisions across the organisation. Hybrid working and travel to Glasgow are involved.
