The Role

To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

In this key role, you will:

  • General reception duties.
  • Switchboard.
  • Day to day maintenance of departmental requirements to ensure the smooth running of the department.
  • Dealing with enquiries, either face to face or by telephone, from the general public, patients and external agencies.

  • Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Understanding of a range of procedures and processes.
