Responsibilities
The position involves providing an efficient reception and administrative service within the Plastic Surgery Department, based in the Specialist Surgery Division at Ninewells Hospital.
Requirements
Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of literacy and numeracy, good typing and IT system skills, previous experience in an office environment, and knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous.

Performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
Working Hours
36 hours, Monday to Friday.
