Working Hours

Shifts: 7:30 am – 9:30 pm, Monday – Sunday.

About the Role

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) provide essential support to individuals, helping them achieve personal goals across a variety of needs and activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, moving and handling support and positive behavioural assistance.
• Support the development of social networks and connections.
• Collaborate with the bespoke support team to ensure safety, wellbeing and aspirations are met.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Strong values and transferable skills.
• Commitment, dedication, and a desire to make a positive impact.
