Brightwork has an excellent opportunity for a Part Time Receptionist/Administrator to join our client, a well established organisation at their offices on the outskirts of Edinburgh.
This is an ongoing temporary role on a part time working basis. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 13:00 with occasional full time hours to assist with annual leave cover within the team.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting all visitors to the site, organising inductions and site specific requirements
- Booking and facilitating meeting rooms and hospitality requirements
- Arranging onward travel, including taxi and hotel bookings
- Conducting daily site walkthroughs to check cleanliness, maintenance and compliance
- Ensuring all breakout and public areas are in good order, fully stocked and prepped
- General administrative duties as required
