Action for Children in Edinburgh is looking for an Employment Facilitator to join their Employability Service. This role involves providing essential support to young people aged 16-24, motivating, and delivering vocational programs aimed at helping them secure sustainable employment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth facing barriers to employment, and while an SVQ 3 in Social Care is desirable, relevant experience is highly valued. This full-time role includes a salary of £26,007 per annum along with excellent benefits.
